What are Glycosidases?

Glycosidases, also known as glycosyl hydrolases, mediate the hydrolysis of glycosidic bonds in complex carbohydrates.  They find use in-vitro to perform glycomic analysis, as well as in the production of glycan arrays for high-throughput screening in biomedical research.  Selection is currently limited to PNGase F and Endo-A, and we offer the lowest available prices for these enzymes.
